TERM OF SERVICE
- If posted shared, please credit me!- I require to be paid half upfront and half after the sketch is finalized. There are no refunds after the lineart process has started. Full payment upfront is also accepted. The drawing will only be completed once paid in full.-Full refund if I haven't started the work ( depend if I have various work and clients I have to prioritise, I will inform you first!). The cost of art being done will deduct if you asked for a refund past the point.- Any tips are greatly appreciated but not required!- All commissions come in a .png format with a solid color background that can be changed and customized free of charge. ( Only simple background, NOT detailed background)- Transparent versions can also be provided on request.. just ask!- All drawings will come with watermark and No watermark ( only use for the client) .- I have the right to decline any commissions I feel uncomfortable doing or feel I may not execute well.- My commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE MY ART INTO AN NFT OR USE IT FOR AI TRAINING.- Commercial use cost an additional 150% of my based price, at which point you can use the art for momentary gain.- I reserve the rights to the commission. Please credit me wherever it is posted.- Commissions will be done between 1-4 weeks after first payment.-Finished artwork may also be showcased in my portfolio unless specified not to.- Finished artwork will be sent via Discord or Email. ( Depend on the client! )- Do not sell/trade or edit any finished artwork.
